🍀OUR POLICY:
➤We only accept returned orders with faulty embroidery, mistakes, or sizing attributable to our store.
➤Orders can only be canceled after 12 hours of successful order placement
- Just require the embroidery order to be lacking some elements or have the incorrect shirt design (10%-50%).
- In case you submit the incorrect delivery address: We will charge a shipping fee of 30% of the order value or the order's shipping price (the cost of the label we ordered).
Cancellation fee once the design is available: Charge 70% of the design fee
