• We do not accept returns. This is due to each item is hand crafted and being made-to-order for you. HOWEVER, if there is a problem, PLEASE reach out to us directly so that we can help.
• Order Cancellations are accepted for 2 hours after your purchase.
• We do accept exchanges if there is a sizing issue. We understand that with shopping online it’s not always a perfect fit. We can offer an exchange as long as the original item is returned undamaged (This is for none customized items only). The buyer will be responsible for shipping charges of the original item. Once original item is returned and undamaged, we will process an exchange order.

1 - Design (1-3 Business Days): Once you've placed your order, our designers spring into action. (Note: In order to improve the efficiency of production and shipment, If you have a need for changes or adjustments of your items,please contact us through IG to send your order number or e-mail in time after placing your order.)

2 - Production (3-5 Business Days): Most of the products takes 3 to 5 days in processing.Some products with special production processes may take longer.(such as hand-painted products)

3 - Shipping (5-7 Business Days or Faster): With production complete, your product is packaged securely and shipped. Typically, shipping takes 5 to 7 business days but we offer faster shipping options at the checkout.
